By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale. The version applicable to an order is the version available on the website when the order is submitted.
Article 2 — Products
The essential characteristics, descriptions, photographs, sizes, colors, materials, and prices of products are presented on the relevant product pages. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor differences in color or appearance caused by screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing variations do not constitute a defect.
Products are offered subject to availability. helloqure may correct product descriptions, pricing errors, or typographical errors at any time. If an error affects an order already placed, the customer will be informed and may confirm the corrected order or receive a full refund.
Article 3 — Customer Eligibility
Customers must be at least 18 years old or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian to place an order. Customers must provide accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, and contact information.
Products are intended for personal and lawful use unless otherwise stated. Resale, fraudulent purchases, payment abuse, or use of the website for unlawful purposes is prohibited.
Article 4 — Prices and Taxes
All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated. Product prices do not include shipping charges or applicable sales taxes unless expressly stated. Shipping charges and taxes are calculated and displayed before the customer submits payment.
helloqure may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already accepted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Customers ordering from outside the United States, if international delivery is offered, are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. Such charges are not included in the order total unless expressly stated during checkout.
Article 5 — Orders and Contract Formation
To place an order, the customer selects products, reviews the cart, provides the requested information, chooses an available delivery method, and submits payment. The customer may review and correct the order before final submission.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. The sales contract is formed when helloqure accepts the order by sending a shipment confirmation or otherwise expressly confirming acceptance.
helloqure may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment failure, violation of these Terms, shipping restrictions, or an inability to verify customer information. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the amount charged will be refunded to the original payment method.
Customers should review their confirmation email and promptly report any incorrect information. Changes to an order are not guaranteed after submission.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is due in full when the order is placed. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, or other payment methods supported by Stripe.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe or another payment service provider displayed at checkout. helloqure does not directly store complete payment card numbers or card security codes. Payment information is handled according to the payment provider’s security and privacy standards.
By submitting payment information, the customer represents that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorizes helloqure and its payment processor to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or identified as potentially fraudulent. helloqure may request reasonable identity or payment verification before accepting or shipping an order.
No recurring charge or subscription payment will be created unless the customer expressly selects a subscription offer and separately agrees to its frequency, price, renewal, and cancellation terms.
Article 7 — Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation by contacting [email protected] as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
If an order cannot be canceled before shipment, the customer may request a return under Article 9. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
Article 8 — Delivery
Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates begin after order processing and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated.
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for verifying that the shipping address is complete and accurate. Additional shipping expenses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
Risk of loss passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the shipping address, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, the customer should contact helloqure and the carrier promptly.
Customers must report visibly damaged, missing, incorrect, or incomplete deliveries within seven calendar days after delivery. The customer should retain the packaging and provide photographs or other reasonable evidence when requested.
helloqure is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, customs procedures, labor disruptions, government action, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This provision does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Article 9 — Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
United States law does not generally provide an automatic statutory withdrawal period for ordinary online retail purchases.
